Sales Manager – CCTV & System Integration (Video Surveillance / VMS)

Adtech Systems Limited, a BSE Listed Company, has its registered office in Chennai and a corporate office in Trivandrum, Kerala, with branches in major cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and support engineers stationed in Nagpur, Vizag, Rajkot, Ahmedabad, Pune, Coimbatore, Kochi.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions.
• Promote and sell solutions related to

  CCTV, Access Control, Video Management Systems (VMS), Building Management Systems (BMS), and Intruder Alarm Systems

  .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, channel partners, and end customers.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution briefings.
• Engage in market research to understand customer requirements and industry trends.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial documents.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with business objectives.
• Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for seamless execution.
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and customer engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience

  in sales/business development in Electronic Security or Building Automation industry. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering / Electronics / Electrical / IT / or related fields preferred.
• MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
