Job Description

The Field Officer is responsible for implementing field-level activities, collecting data, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution of organizational programs or operations at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to assigned areas
Implement and monitor projects/operations as per plan
Collect, verify, and report field data accurately
Liaise with beneficiaries, clients, local authorities, and partners
Identify field-level issues and report them to supervisors
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and guidelines
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly field reports
Support awareness programs, surveys, or outreach activities
Maintain proper documentation and records

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in field conditions
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
Problem-solving and reporting skills
Willingness to travel extensively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,092.02 per month
