To further strengthen our network, we are looking for a Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales in Patna to drive growth in the Eastern region.

Role Overview

The Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales will be responsible for driving HoReCa business in Patna by developing new customers, nurturing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the frozen foods industry. The role demands prior experience in HoReCa sales, strong networking, and the ability to build a robust customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the HoReCa customer base (hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSRs, and institutional clients) in Patna.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with chefs, F&B managers, and purchase heads.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, tastings, and promotional activities to enhance product acceptance.
• Coordinate with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth supply and timely deliveries.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide inputs to management.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
• Maintain updated sales data, prepare reports, and submit sales forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the frozen food industry with strong HoReCa focus (mandatory).
• Well-connected in Patna’s HoReCa market with an established client network.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and business growth.
