· Researching prospects and generating leads.
· Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
· Generate Primary Orders and achieve targets
· Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
· Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
· Scheduling & managing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets meetings.
· To look after a defined territory (HQ & Surrounding Areas)
· To visit retailer market regularly as per the beat plan
· Joint working and training your Sales Executives on Sales and Field Assist App
· Identify and add new market potential
· Should be done min. 35-40 visit on the day of retailing
· Competitors update
· Identifying new business opportunities in retailer sales and converting them into client
· To give secondary orders to distributor
· To keep track of dispatches from distributor to retailer must have good communication skill
· Motivating the team in achieving target
· Experience in distributor handling
· Should have experience in field sales
· Ability to negotiate
· Basic understanding of marketing & product demonstration
· Good decision making and fast learner
· Should be passionate about sales experience in FMCG is preferred
· Must have two wheeler with driving license
