As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for a Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales in Ahmedabad to drive growth in this key market.

Role Overview

The Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales will be responsible for developing and managing sales in the HoReCa segment across Ahmedabad. The role requires prior experience in frozen food HoReCa sales, strong networking capabilities, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand the HoReCa customer base by targeting hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSRs, and institutional clients in Ahmedabad.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with chefs, purchase managers, and F&B decision-makers.
  • Conduct product presentations, sampling sessions, and promotional activities to create demand and brand visibility.
  • Work closely with distributors and channel partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to provide insights to management.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and share forecasts with management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the frozen food industry with a focus on HoReCa sales (mandatory).
  • Strong client network within the HoReCa segment in Ahmedabad.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and business development.
