Job Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing field operations, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets through team motivation, strategic planning, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and lead a team of Field Sales Executives. Strategize and allocate target areas for door-to-door and business outreach. Supervise field activities such as cold visits, lead generation, and product demonstrations. Conduct field visits with team members to support and guide them. Track daily field operations, evaluate performance, and ensure reporting via CRM and WhatsApp. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations. Maintain and develop strong relationships with key business stakeholders including HRs, managers, and owners. Monitor team discipline, professional conduct, and dress code adherence. Identify growth opportunities and areas for expansion in assigned territory. Prepare and present weekly sales reports and team performance metrics to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in field sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English . Self-driven with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Proficient in using CRM tools and reporting platforms. Preferred Traits: Hands-on approach with willingness to travel and work on-ground with the team. Strategic thinker with a target-driven mindset.
