Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of field sales executives across assigned territories. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote solar installation services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Generate and qualify leads through on-site visits, local campaigns, partnerships, and referrals. Conduct site assessments and collaborate with the technical team to create customized proposals. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting progress and adjusting strategies as needed. Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, channel partners, and local stakeholders. Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to enhance performance and product knowledge. Stay updated on solar energy trends, incentives, government policies, and competitor activities. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements during the sales process. Coordinate closely with the project and installation teams to ensure smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
