Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Indore. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, meeting with clients to understand their needs, conducting property site visits, negotiating sales contracts, and managing customer relationships. Additional tasks include reporting on sales activities, market research, and staying updated on market trends and competitors.

Qualifications

Lead generation, client meeting, and customer relationship management skills
Property site visit, negotiation, and sales contract management skills
Market research and competitor analysis skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
