Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for converting leads into booked demos, delivering immersive VR property experiences, and driving sales through effective follow-ups and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Customer Engagement

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective customers interested in properties listed on Gharpe Portal
  • Make outbound calls to email inquiries and website leads to schedule project demos
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Visit customers at partner builder project sites to provide personalized assistance

VR Demo Facilitation

  • Conduct in-house Virtual Reality demonstrations of projects based on customer interest
  • Guide customers through immersive 3D property walkthroughs
  • Explain project features, layouts, and amenities during VR sessions
  • Create engaging experiences that help customers visualize their future homes

Demo Coordination

  • Schedule and confirm demo bookings for various builder projects
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth demo execution
  • Follow up with prospects before and after demos to address queries

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and timely status updates for every lead in the CRM portal
  • Track all customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes
  • Generate reports on lead conversion and sales activities

Field Operations

  • Travel to partner builder project site offices based on business requirements
  • Represent Gharpe Portal professionally during customer interactions and site visits

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are an advantage)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to operate VR equipment and demonstration tools
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from a remote location
