Job/Primary Responsibilities:   1)   Displaying Samples of Various Products & Categories Of Bata. 2)   Introducing new launch articles at MBO’s & provide periodic feedbacks to stake holders . 3)   Generating Secondary Sales through day to day beat working at MBO Level . 4)   Market working on SFA (Mobile application). 5)   Coordinate with Sales Officers /ASM & Local Distributors for stocks replenishment. 6)   Achieve Productivity Levels & ECO As per Bata Norms. 7)   Ensure Merchandising at MBO level in assigned area. 8)   Ensure wise utilization and deployment of merchandising material at market. 9)   Ensure fulfillment of market Orders through Coordination with the Local Distributor . 10) Relationship Building with Retailers and Distributors.     Business to Handle:  Minimum 25 Lakh/Month for Metro and 20 Lakh for Non Metros   Job Summary: As a Field Sales Representative (FSR), your primary responsibility is to promote and sell our company's footwear products to potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, meeting targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.   Key Responsibilities:   Sales and Product Promotion: Actively engage with potential clients to showcase and promote our range of footwear products. Provide detailed product information, emphasizing key features and benefits. Conduct product demonstrations and fittings to enhance the customer experience. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide after-sales support. Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product improvement. Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base. Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Market Research:   Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Provide feedback to the product development team based on market research findings. Order Processing and Documentation: Assist customers with order processing and ensure accurate and timely deliveries. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.   Display & Merchandising   Need to carry samples in his assigned beats of the focused category & New Products being launched and take orders for these lines. Increase the visibility of our brand in the MBO by refreshing the display at MBO.   MBO Management   Need to extract the business from MBOs by explaining the current scheme / incentive program/ additional support on eligible products. Need to help him regarding any issue related to product by escalating it to his SO and resolve it quickly. Collect and report the competition activity / initiative for business growth.     Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the footwear industry, is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of footwear materials, styles, and trends. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. Familiarity with order processing systems and basic computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education and Experience:   High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the footwear industry.
