Job Title: Field Sales Representative Company: Matrix (L'Oréal India Pvt. Ltd.) Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Matrix, a leading professional hair color and hair care brand, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with our salon partners within a designated territory. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for the beauty industry and a desire to grow with a globally recognized brand. Key Responsibilities:  * Sales & Business Development:   * Achieve and exceed sales targets for Matrix hair color and hair care products.   * Identify and onboard new salons, establishing strong, long-term partnerships.   * Introduce new product launches and promotions to existing clients.   * Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for salon professionals.  * Relationship Management:   * Regularly visit assigned salons to provide product knowledge, sales support, and merchandising assistance.   * Build and maintain excellent relationships with salon owners, managers, and stylists.   * Act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and feedback.  * Market & Territory Management:   * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback to the management team.   * Plan and execute a strategic daily route to maximize coverage and sales potential within the territory.   * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and stock levels.  * Administrative Duties:   * Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.   * Manage and track product inventory and samples.   * Ensure timely collection of payments from clients. Qualifications:  * Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beauty, FMCG, or a related industry.  * Skills:   * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.   * Strong sales acumen with a results-driven approach.   * Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.   * Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.  * Requirements:   * Must own and be able to use a personal bike for daily field travel.   * A valid driver's license.   * Basic understanding of the beauty/salon industry is a plus.   * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
