We offer a wide range of innovative and high-performing hair color, care, and styling products. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to drive sales and build strong relationships with salon professionals for our Matrix color brand within the assigned territory. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and the ability to effectively manage their territory. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, possess their own bike, and hold a valid driving license. Responsibilities: * Sales Generation: Actively visit salons within the assigned territory to present and promote the Matrix color portfolio, achieving and exceeding sales targets. * Order Collection & Management: Efficiently collect product orders from salons, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. * Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with salon owners, managers, and stylists. * Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of Matrix color products, their features, benefits, and application techniques, and effectively communicate this knowledge to clients. * Promotional Activities: Implement and support marketing and promotional activities within the territory to drive brand awareness and sales. * Market Intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager. * Merchandising & Visibility: Ensure optimal product placement and visibility within salons. * Payment Follow-up: Assist in the collection of payments from clients as needed. * Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, order status, and market insights. * Technology Adoption: Utilize provided digital tools and platforms effectively for order taking, reporting, and communication. Requirements: * Proven experience in field sales, preferably within the beauty or salon industry. * Strong passion for the hair care and color category. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. * Must be tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications and digital platforms for sales and reporting. * Must possess their own well-maintained bike for efficient territory coverage. * Must hold a valid driving license. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
