Role & responsibilities

Conduct field visits to generate new customer leads and promote banking products.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Provide accurate information about banking services and address customer queries effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum qualification: Graduate.

  • 13 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking, NBFC, or financial services.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in field sales are also encouraged to apply.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field assignments.
  • Should have their own Bike
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • • Target-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • • Basic understanding of banking systems and financial products.
