Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive who will take Mystery Rooms to schools, colleges, corporate offices, and other institutions. You will be responsible for promoting our escape room packages, building relationships with institutional clients, generating leads, and securing bookings from B2B and educational sectors. This role involves in‑field outreach, promotions, presentations, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional Outreach & Promotion
Visit schools, colleges , and corporate offices to introduce and promote Mystery Rooms’ packages and experiences.
Conduct formal presentations and product demonstrations suited for institutional clients.
Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows in schools/corporates to generate interest and leads.
Lead Generation & Sales
Identify potential institutional partners (schools, colleges, corporates) in your assigned area.
Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers like Principals, HR Managers, L&D Heads, etc.
Upsell and cross‑sell customized gaming or team‑building packages.
Booking & Client Management
Handle inquiries, follow up leads, negotiate terms, and close deals with institutions.
Coordinate with internal operations to ensure promises made are deliverable (scheduling, logistics).
Maintain client satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure repeat business.
Reporting & Strategy Input
Maintain accurate records of institutional engagement, proposals, leads, bookings, feedback.
Provide regular reports to management on the institutional segment’s performance and challenges.
Offer feedback and suggestions for improving institutional offerings and promotional materials.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work with marketing to design institution‑specific promos and collaterals (flyers, offers, social media content).
Coordinate with operations, finance, and reservations to ensure smooth delivery of services for institutional clients.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field) – optional but preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Previous experience in field sales / B2B / institutional sales or event promotions is an advantage.
Ability to travel locally; comfortable visiting multiple institutional locations.
Organized, self‑motivated and target‑driven.
Familiarity with CRM or reservation systems is a plus.
Working Conditions & Additional Details
Graduation or pursuing graduation is required.
Weekends and public holidays are working days.
Six‑day workweek, one day off (scheduled between Monday‑Thursday). Friday, Saturday, Sunday are fixed working days.
Shift timings: 10:30 AM to 7:0 PM.
