Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales, expanding our customer base, and building strong relationships with nail art professionals, salons, and beauty businesses across the Noida and NCR region. As a Field Sales Executive, you will represent our premium nail art products and contribute to the brand's growth in the area. Key Responsibilities:Sales Development: Identify and approach potential clients, including nail salons, beauty parlors, and independent professionals in the Noida region to promote and sell EmiGel Professional's nail art products. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients, offering exceptional product knowledge and customer support. Product Promotion: Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of EmiGel Professional’s product range to boost awareness and drive sales. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through lead generation, upselling, and cross-selling strategies. Market Research: Stay updated with competitor activity, customer preferences, and regional beauty trends to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order details using the company's CRM system. Provide timely sales reports and insights to the management. Product Demonstrations: Conduct live product demos at salons and client locations to showcase the quality and advantages of EmiGel products. Offer technical guidance when required. Sales Strategy Implementation: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, events, and local promotions aimed at increasing brand visibility. Customer Support: Deliver excellent after-sales service by addressing client concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term loyalty. Requirements:Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or nail art industry. Passionate about beauty and nail art products. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence potential clients. Target-driven with a history of achieving or surpassing sales goals. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Familiar with CRM tools and basic reporting practices. Good understanding of the Noida/NCR market and its beauty industry dynamics. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned regions. Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities. Preferred Qualifications:Experience or background in the beauty or nail art industry. Prior experience in selling premium or professional-grade beauty products.
