Position Overview:We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at EmiGel Professional in Delhi. This is a work-from-office role focused on expanding our reach in the beauty and nail art industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our premium range of nail art products to professionals, salons, and retailers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with nail professionals, beauty salons, retailers, and distributors. Present and promote EmiGel’s product line effectively to potential clients and convert leads into sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with the company’s growth strategy. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and maximize brand visibility. Manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups, repeat orders, and exceptional customer experience. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely product deliveries and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools. Provide regular feedback to management on customer preferences, product trends, and potential improvements. Requirements: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or nail industry. Passion for beauty and nail art, with a good understanding of nail products and professional needs. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and goal-driven with a customer-centric approach. Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking tools. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B sales within the beauty or professional salon industry is a strong advantage. Familiarity with EmiGel products or similar premium beauty/nail brands is a plus. Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken and written) preferred.
