Job Description

Telesales Executive – Chirag Apparels, Nagpur

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Teka Naka, Nagpur
Shift: Day shift (6 working days/week) (9am-6pm)
Gender Preference: Female candidates only
Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000/month
Education: Minimum Diploma
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year in telesales or telemarketing

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential or existing customers using scripts to promote products or services
Answer queries about products and the company
Understand customer requirements and close sales
Direct qualified leads to the field sales team
Enter and update customer data in the system
Take and process orders accurately
Handle customer grievances professionally
Maintain records of calls, sales, and useful insights
Support day-to-day administrative tasks and assist other departments
Generate reports and summaries for internal decision-making

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & Marathi preferred)
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality
