Location: Teka Naka, Nagpur
Shift: Day shift (6 working days/week) (9am-6pm)

Salary: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000/month
Education: Minimum Diploma
Experience Required: 6 months – 1 year in telesales or telemarketing

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers using scripts to promote products or services
• Answer queries about products and the company
• Understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct qualified leads to the field sales team
• Enter and update customer data in the system
• Take and process orders accurately
• Handle customer grievances professionally
• Maintain records of calls, sales, and useful insights
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and assist other departments
• Generate reports and summaries for internal decision-making

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & Marathi preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
