International Telesales (UAE process)

Role Description

full-time, on-site role

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for:

Reaching out to potential UAE customers.
Understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
Promoting telecom services, including Postpaid, E-Life, and Home Wireless.
Making outbound calls, following up on leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Recording accurate sales information in the CRM system and updating customer databases.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in
English
and
Arabic
(Hindi is a plus).
Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Prior telesales or customer service experience preferred (freshers are also welcome).
Proficiency with
CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
.
Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet sales targets.
Minimum qualification:
High school or
A
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in the
telecom or marketing industry
is beneficial..
