Field Sales Executive

LAPTOP AND TWO WHEELER ARE MANDATORY Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Prospect for potential customers using methods like cold calling, email campaigns, and client visits.  Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand client needs and present customized product or service solutions.  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.  Sales & Revenue Generation Lead Generation, Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.  Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Manage multiple accounts simultaneously within the assigned sales territory.  Market & Reporting Conduct market research to identify potential leads and new sales opportunities.  Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and industry trends.  Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.  Collaboration & Representation Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to maximize sales and ensure timely delivery.  Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to network and generate business.  Represent the company's brand and values during customer interactions.  Customer Relationship Management Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.  Maintain accurate customer databases, ensuring information is up-to-date.  Essential Skills  Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to understand and assess customer needs Proficiency in developing sales pitches and presentations Strong relationship-building and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage a territory Proficiency in CRM systems
