Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: Delhi (On-field Role)

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and driving market expansion. This is a field-based role that requires strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Visit customers (retailers, distributors, workshops) daily to promote CarTrends’ products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Collect market intelligence and competitor updates.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM tools regularly.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
0–3 years of field sales experience (Automobile/Spare Parts background will be a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
