### **Key Responsibilities**:
* **Business Development**:
* Identify and target potential customers (both B2B and B2C) who require maintenance services.
* Cold calling, prospecting, and meeting with potential clients to explain our services.
* Develop and implement strategies to grow sales in assigned territories or regions.
* **Sales Generation**:
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by securing new business and increasing the revenue from existing customers.
* Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to clients, showcasing our maintenance services and solutions.
* Handle negotiations and close sales contracts effectively.
* **Customer Relationship Management**:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
* Respond to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to improve service offerings.
* Regularly follow up with leads and customers to ensure service satisfaction and potential upsell opportunities.
* **Market Analysis**:
* Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to provide relevant solutions.

* **Reporting & Documentation**:

### **Skills & Qualifications**:
* **Educational Background**:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. (Preferred but not mandatory)
* **Experience**:
* Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a field-based or B2B sales role, preferably in the maintenance, construction, or facilities management industry.
* Experience in selling service-based products is highly desirable.
* **Skills**:
