The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the customer base for our maintenance services. This role requires proactive relationship-building, strong communication skills, and the ability to generate new business opportunities in the field. --- ### **Key Responsibilities**: * **Business Development**:  * Identify and target potential customers (both B2B and B2C) who require maintenance services.  * Cold calling, prospecting, and meeting with potential clients to explain our services.  * Develop and implement strategies to grow sales in assigned territories or regions. * **Sales Generation**:  * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by securing new business and increasing the revenue from existing customers.  * Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations to clients, showcasing our maintenance services and solutions.  * Handle negotiations and close sales contracts effectively. * **Customer Relationship Management**:  * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.  * Respond to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to improve service offerings.  * Regularly follow up with leads and customers to ensure service satisfaction and potential upsell opportunities. * **Market Analysis**:  * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to provide relevant solutions.  * Gather market intelligence to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. * **Reporting & Documentation**:  * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.  * Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation as needed. * **Team Collaboration**:  * Work closely with the internal teams (e.g., technical support, service operations) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.  * Attend team meetings, contribute to strategy discussions, and share market insights. --- ### **Skills & Qualifications**: * **Educational Background**:  * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
