Position Overview

We are looking for driven and passionate Sales Executives who are genuinely interested in field sales and eager to grow in the Home & Building Solutions industry.
You’ll represent top-quality brands, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth through communication, consistency, and determination.

This is a field-based role that requires ownership, energy, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and engage with builders, contractors, architects, and retailers to promote our product range.
• Identify and develop new clients and business opportunities across multiple product verticals.
• Manage leads, quotations, and follow-ups to ensure timely closures and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain structured reporting using Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.
• Provide feedback on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.

Requirements and Skills

• Passionate about field sales and willing to work on-site.
• Proficiency in English, Assamese, and Hindi is required; local language proficiency is an advantage.
• 2-wheeler with a valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred (Building Materials / Interiors / Construction industry).
• Freshers with strong communication and sales interest are welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and target-driven.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp Business, or CRM tools.
