About the Role

Balaji Udyog is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data reporting, quotations, accounts entries, and CRM operations. The ideal candidate should have an accounts background and the ability to work with accuracy, responsibility, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage sales quotations for clients.
• Handle sales and purchase entries in Tally.
• Maintain and update daily MIS reports.
• Manage CRM software for lead tracking, follow-up records, and customer data.
• Assist in accounts documentation, billing, invoicing, and filing.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for accurate daily reports.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and proper record management at all times.

Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Commerce/Accounts background highly desirable).
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP and CRM software.
• Ability to prepare accurate quotations, sales entries and purchase entries.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment.
