Field Sales Executive

Job Description

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of Aglo’s FMCG products in assigned territories. This role involves direct interaction with retailers, distributors, and customers to promote products, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent market penetration. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by promoting Aglo’s FMCG products to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. Market Coverage: Visit assigned territories daily to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and onboard new customers. Order Generation: Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments in coordination with the accounts team. Product Promotion: Educate clients about product features, benefits, and ongoing promotions to drive sales and brand loyalty. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the management team. Inventory Management: Ensure adequate stock availability at retail points and coordinate with the supply chain team to avoid stockouts. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales, customer interactions, and market feedback using company-provided tools or CRM systems.
