Field Sales Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities to achieve targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
  
• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction.
  
• Analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and drive growth.
• Achieve Sales target timely and Secure incentive slabs
• Training of Assistants/Junior Associates
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting of sales Achieved/Opportunities generated
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in field sales engineering or related field.
  
• Strong knowledge of product knowledge, technical sales, SALES PROCESS KNOWLEDGE, PRSENTATION SKILLS, Client Relationship Management (CRM), Sales Presentations, Sales Lead Generation (SLG), BUSSSINESS DEVELOPMENT (BD), Conflict Resolution, Relationship Building, Target Achievement, Negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
