Field Sales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand their needs, providing technical solutions, promoting and selling company products, and maintaining customer relationships. Tasks include preparing sales reports, coordinating with the technical team, attending industry events, and conducting market research to target potential clients.

• Technical Expertise: Knowledge in mechanical engineering, bearing solutions, and product specification
• Sales Skills: Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Research: Ability to conduct market research and identify potential clients
• Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in field sales, particularly within the industrial or manufacturing sector, is an advantage
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Other: Willingness to travel frequently within the designated region
