Role Overview:

The Field Sales Associate will be responsible for driving on-ground sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the hospitality and institutional segment.

The ideal candidate should be a go-getter, comfortable with travel, client meetings, and business development in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, visit, and acquire new hotel, resort, and service apartment clients within assigned territories.
• Maintain strong follow-up with purchase managers, owners, and decision-makers to close deals effectively.
• Generate and manage leads through field visits, references, and local market research.
• Present product samples, quotations, and explain fabric quality, pricing, and terms clearly.
• Coordinate with internal teams for sample dispatches, order tracking, and timely delivery.
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or lead tracking systems regularly.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and incentive milestones.
• Maintain professionalism and ensure strong brand representation of Legacy Linen in all interactions.

Required Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Maps, and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel within and around Hyderabad, Rajahmundry, Kakinada, Vishakapatnam Tirupati and nearby cities.
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality.

Eligibility:

• Education: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in hotel supplies, FMCG, institutional sales, or related B2B sectors.

• Driving License & Two-Wheeler (Mandatory)

• Vehicle: Candidate must have a personal bike or scooter for travel.
