Role Overview: The Field Sales Associate will be responsible for driving on-ground sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the hospitality and institutional segment. The ideal candidate should be a go-getter, comfortable with travel, client meetings, and business development in the field. Key Responsibilities Identify, visit, and acquire new hotel, resort, and service apartment clients within assigned territories. Maintain strong follow-up with purchase managers, owners, and decision-makers to close deals effectively. Generate and manage leads through field visits, references, and local market research. Present product samples, quotations, and explain fabric quality, pricing, and terms clearly. Coordinate with internal teams for sample dispatches, order tracking, and timely delivery. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update CRM or lead tracking systems regularly. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and incentive milestones. Maintain professionalism and ensure strong brand representation of Legacy Linen in all interactions. Required Skills & Attributes: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, Google Maps, and CRM tools. Ability to travel within and around Hyderabad, Rajahmundry, Kakinada, Vishakapatnam Tirupati and nearby cities. Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality. Eligibility: Education: Graduate in any stream. Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in hotel supplies, FMCG, institutional sales, or related B2B sectors. Driving License & Two-Wheeler (Mandatory) . Vehicle: Candidate must have a personal bike or scooter for travel. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month (based on experience).
