Field Sales Account Manager

Role Overview: As a Field Sales Account Manager at Lume & Co., you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts in Varanasi, India. This full-time hybrid role offers opportunities for partial work-from-home arrangements. Your main tasks will include building relationships with business partners, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts and pricing, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and grow client accounts in both B2B and D2C channels - Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts and pricing - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate account records - Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and execution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences Qualifications: - Sales and business development skills, with experience in account management and contract negotiation - Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to build meaningful client relationships - Analytical and organizational skills for managing complex client portfolios and achieving sales targets consistently - Knowledge of the fragrance, lifestyle, or FMCG industries is a plus - Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software is preferred - Self-motivation, adaptability to hybrid work environments, and a results-driven approach are essential - A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience in sales can be considered.,
