Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Risk Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in risk management.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct thorough analysis of customer data to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective risk management plans.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to risk management.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Identify and assess new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Provide expert guidance on risk management best practices to internal teams.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Experience working with financial institutions or similar industries is preferred.
