Canara HSBC is hiring Job Description: Field Relationship Manager – InsuranceRole Summary: The Field Relationship Manager (Insurance) will manage and expand relationships with insurance agents, brokers, and customers in a designated region. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, brokers, and clients to drive sales growth. Identify and onboard new agents and distribution partners in the assigned territory. Provide training, guidance, and motivation to agents to improve product knowledge and sales skills. Monitor agents’ performance and take corrective actions to achieve sales targets. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to rollout new insurance products and schemes. Resolve customer and agent grievances promptly and efficiently. Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory norms, and compliance requirements. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity. Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and networking activities to expand the business network. Build strong customer relationships to encourage renewals and cross-selling of insurance products. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in insurance sales or relationship management. Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in the field. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Key Competencies: Results-driven and target-oriented. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
