Role Overview
The Field Relationship Manager (FRM) will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners, ensuring smooth coordination between the Loan Billing team, Banking Alliance Team, and external stakeholders. The role requires high ownership, excellent communication skills, timely follow-ups, and the ability to manage data and documentation efficiently. Travel, including intercity travel, may be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong working relationships with bank officials across branches and loan teams.
Act as the primary point of contact between NoBroker and assigned banks.
Ensure prompt resolution of queries raised by bank partners.
2. Invoice & Documentation Handling
Timely submission of invoices to banks as per required formats and process guidelines.
Ensure error-free documentation and maintain proper records for audit and compliance.
Coordinate with the internal Billing team to ensure accuracy of data shared with banks.
3. Follow-ups & Coordination
Conduct rigorous follow-ups with banks for payment status, invoice acknowledgment, discrepancies, or pending approvals.
Work closely with the Loan Billing team to resolve issues and ensure smooth end-to-end processing.
Coordinate with employers/HR for required documents or confirmations when needed.
4. Data & Reporting
Maintain and track MIS/data related to invoices, payments, escalations, and resolution status.
Share periodic updates and reports with internal stakeholders.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all data handling.
5. Travel & Field Work
Be comfortable with local travel for bank meetings or documentation handover.
Intercity travel may be required based on business urgency or partner requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good understanding of loan processes, billing cycles, or financial documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
High ownership, discipline, and ability to follow up rigorously.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking.
Comfortable with travel (local + intercity if needed).
