About The company:

Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Delhi & NCR

In this role, you will:

Build and maintain strong relationships with bank officials across branches.
Act as the main point of contact for banks and resolve their queries quickly.
Submit invoices to banks on time and ensure all documents are accurate and audit-ready.
Coordinate with the internal Billing team for correct data and documentation.
Follow up with banks for payment status, approvals, discrepancies, and acknowledgments.
Coordinate with employers/HR when additional documents are required.
Maintain MIS/data for invoices, payments, escalations, and share regular updates.
Ensure all data is accurate, confidential, and well-documented.
Be comfortable with
local travel
for bank visits/document submission.
Be open to
intercity travel
when needed for partner/bank requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good understanding of loan processes, billing cycles, or financial documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
High ownership, discipline, and ability to follow up rigorously. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking.
Comfortable with travel (local + intercity if needed).
