Customer Relations Officer

Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer Reports to: Team Lead/Manager, Customer Service Job Summary: We are seeking fresh and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Relationship Officers. As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, resolving their queries, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1.    Customer Interaction: Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat) to understand their needs and provide solutions. 2.    Query Resolution: Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3.    Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention. 4.    Product Knowledge: Learn and stay up-to-date on our products and services to effectively communicate with customers. 5.    Data Management: Update customer information and maintain accurate records. 6.    Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and suggestions to improve our products and services.
