Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Srinagar for a Customer Relations Officer. The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer support. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high-quality communication to enhance client engagement.
