Role & responsibilities

• Travel to field locations to identify, source, and recruit candidates for blue-collar job roles.
  
• Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates through field sourcing, job melas, local communities, NGOs, ITIs, training centers, etc.
  
• Conduct walk-in interviews and mobilization drives in rural and urban areas.
  
• Coordinate with operations and HR teams to understand manpower requirements across departments and regions.
  
• Use innovative sourcing techniques to fill bulk openings within tight timelines.
  
• Onboard selected candidates by collecting documentation and ensuring a smooth joining process.
  
• Maintain daily and weekly reports on sourcing, interviews, offers, and joining status.
  
• Build a strong network with local vendors, community leaders, and skill development centers for long-term talent pipeline.
  
• Ensure candidate quality by assessing basic skills, communication, and job readiness.
  
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (15 years) in field recruitment or blue-collar hiring.
  
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions or states.
  
• Strong local market knowledge and grassroots-level sourcing capability.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in local languages and Hindi.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets within deadlines.
  
• Experience in high-volume or mass recruitment is a plus.
  
• Familiarity with digital recruitment platforms like Naukri, Apna, OLX Jobs, WhatsApp sourcing, etc., is an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelors Degree preferred)
  
• Prior experience in sectors like logistics, staffing, delivery, manufacturing, security, or housekeeping
  
• Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving license will be preferred (Travel Allowance provided)
