Job Title: Field Recruiter – Delivery & Operations Location: [Bangalore] Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + fuel allowance About Us: BigBasket, India’s leading online grocery platform, is expanding its delivery and field operations team. We are looking for motivated Field Recruiters to join us in sourcing, onboarding, and managing delivery personnel. Job Responsibilities: Source delivery candidates through job portals, local outreach, and field recruitment drives. Conduct interviews and screen candidates for delivery roles. Handle end-to-end onboarding of new hires, including documentation and orientation. Explain job responsibilities, salary structure, and company policies to new joiners. Maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates to the operations team. Ensure hiring targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Key Requirements: Prior experience in field recruitment or HR is preferred but not mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple recruitment channels effectively. Comfortable working in the field and interacting directly with candidates. Perks & Benefits: Attractive salary up to ₹30,000 per month. Fuel allowance for field operations.
