The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process. Daily tasks include building and maintaining a pipeline of potential candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and attending job fairs and other recruitment events. Qualifications Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms Experience in coordinating with hiring managers Ability to attend job fairs and recruitment events Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
