Job Title: Field Recruiter Department: Human Resources Location: Udaipur, Jodhpur, Lucknow, Kanpur, Gorakhpur, Raipur, Bilaspur, Sarguja, Bhadrak, Ganjam, Bhubaneswar Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across assigned regions Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Recruiter with a strong background in hiring field sales professionals, preferably with experience recruiting from leading organizations like Paytm. This role involves managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies and will require extensive travel to source, screen, and onboard top talent that aligns with our fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute regional recruitment strategies tailored to field sales roles. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Engage with local business leaders and hiring managers to forecast and fulfill hiring needs. Actively source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and on-ground drives. Organize and manage large-scale recruitment initiatives like walk-in drives, job fairs, and field campaigns. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of field sales talent. Maintain high standards of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Train and support junior recruiters or hiring partners on effective sourcing and interviewing techniques. Track and report key hiring metrics such as TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, and attrition insights. Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–2 years of proven experience in field recruitment, especially for sales or delivery profiles. Prior experience recruiting from Paytm or similar high-volume, on-ground sales organizations is a strong plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple open positions across geographies. Willingness and ability to travel extensively across designated locations. Preferred Attributes: Familiarity with local markets and regional hiring challenges. Ability to work independently and in high-pressure, target-driven environments. Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
