The role involves on-ground recruitment, coordination with delivery hubs, and ensuring timely hiring to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-driven, and comfortable with field work. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to recruit delivery boys through local outreach, market visits, and referral networks Explain job role, salary, and incentives clearly to the candidates Collect and verify necessary documents (Aadhaar, PAN, DL, bank passbook, etc.) Coordinate with the onboarding and hub team for smooth joining Maintain and share daily/weekly hiring reports with the recruitment lead Ensure hiring targets are met as per operational demand 🛠️ Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 12th pass 6 months to 2 years of experience in field recruitment or blue-collar hiring preferred Good communication skills in local language and basic Kannada/English Comfortable with extensive local travel Own bike and smartphone (preferred)
