Provide support in hiring of talent for the Mobility Business
Build talent pool by market mapping
Source resumes from already created database, and employee referrals
Shortlist and schedule interviews of shortlisted talent
Build candidate pool/bench strength
Coordinate with the Onboarding team for further documentation process
Employment type : Full-time, Permanent
Location : Navi Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi & Delhi/NCR
Working days : Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays
Candidate requirements
Experience: 3+ years experience in field recruitment and bulk hiring
Blue collar hiring experience is preferred
Silles Required: Local area knowledge & language
Good communication skills
Should be able to communicate in Local language
Education qualification: S.S.C
