Job Description

Designation : Field Recruiter (1 Year Contract, will be taken into On-roll Position based on the performance)

:

Hunting riders / delivery boys & onboarding in the assigned cluster.
Ensure the target are achieved in TAT.
Should have a good Vendor Network Online & Offline to generate leads across the assigned area.
Need to align for regular refresher training in coordination with Training Team.
Contingent situation handling Shipment Loss, COD issue, Uninformed leaves, etc.Role & responsibilities
