What would you do

SourcingTalent & HR Practice involves implementing strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. This includes managing hiring processes, employee training, and career development programs. The goal is to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial for creating a positive and effective work environment.Process that involves identifying hiring needs, preparing job descriptions that attract candidates, talent search, screening and shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding employees.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems

Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others

In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
