What would you do? Communicate high-level, recruitment approach to deliver against the quarterly recruitment forecast. Enable recruitment solution users. Create approved requisition. Define hiring and sourcing approach for position. Conduct internal sourcing - post requisition. Conduct internal & external sourcing. Conduct external sourcing - Recruitment events (such as job fairs). Develop list of candidates to be screened. Automated Candidate Screening (Interactive Voice Response (IVR) - Perform automated scoring exercise. Candidate Screening & Assessment - Perform standard screen (telephone). Conduct hiring manager assessment. New Joiner Hiring. Provide recruitment administrative support and analysisCandidates with End to End Recruitment experience - Domestic/International MarketAssess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Identifies and prioritizes daily activities for self to meet agreed upon goals. Completes moderately complex professional or advanced administrative tasks which typically have several possible solutions. In most cases, operates independently, receives guidance or instruction upon request.2. Uses judgment to make moderately complex, non-routine decisions which impact own work and may impact the work of others3. Interacts frequently with customers/clients to maintain and strengthen relationships and to ensure own work/deliverables meet expectations. Assist in responding to customer/client issues.4. Assists in identifying, assessing and resolving non-routine, moderately complex problems. Recognizes inconsistencies in information and strives to overcome obstacles to create solutions. Applies intermediate/working knowledge of a professional or technical field modifying and adapting standard techniques and principles as needed OR oversees work of less experienced incumbents while providing advanced level of administrative support. Preferred to have lived in or at least visited the US, or must have visited the US/client as part of prior work experience. Must work US day/India night hoursNote for HR Screening - Candidate meets the sourcing criteria & within the standard compensation bracket for the role, basic communication skills to be put through for written assessmentNote for Ops Interview - Candidate nearer to the target on skill/knowledge required should be put on hold and considered again depending on the pipeline of the resources available to meet the hiring targetsNote for Offer Management - Candidates fit the role requirement but above the standard compensation offered should be referred to delivery/transition lead for decision
