Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Operations Executive located in Pune. The Field Operations Executive will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, overseeing field operations, ensuring quality control, and coordinating communication between various stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves analyzing data, implementing operational strategies, and optimizing field activities to enhance road monitoring and maintenance.


Key Roles and responsibility:


1. Develop and communicate strategies for efficient operations through collaboration with higher management.

2. Manage commercial operations, expenses, and budgetary aspects of the company.

3. Monitor the performance metrics of internal and external service providers.

4. Respond to approvals and notifications, ensuring seamless operations.

5. Demonstrate presentation expertise by developing and delivering compelling business presentations.

6. Engage with potential investors through creation and presentation of pitch decks.

7. Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

8. Travel for business surveys, presentations, Road Surveys, data collection and pitch deck meetings as required.

9. Formulate and implement business plans and strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

10. Organize and coordinate operations to maximize productivity and efficiency.

11. Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers.

12. Represent the company at events, conferences, and industry gatherings.

13. Ensure strict adherence to legal rules and guidelines.

14. Assist in cost proposal development and contribute to the formulation of pricing strategies.

15. Create deal criteria, templates, and forms to streamline transaction processes

3. Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and proficiency in strategy development.

4. Strong financial and budgetary skills.


Qualifications

  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Operations Management
  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Journalism or related field
  • Experience in the Road infrastructure industry is a plus
