📢 Job Summary – Field Operations Executive (Bengaluru) This is a field operations role, not an office-based job. The main responsibility of the candidate is to visit specific areas (polygons) assigned by the company. The company provides leads and locations — the candidate simply needs to: ✅ Visit the assigned area or shop ✅ Conduct a short survey by asking basic questions like: • Owner’s name and contact number • Correct shop/office address • Opening and closing hours ✅ Click and upload photos (both vertical and horizontal) of the location ✅ Submit all details through the company’s app or reporting channel That’s the core work — simple field visits, basic data collection, and photo uploading. 📊 Performance Requirement: A minimum of 32 visits per day is mandatory. Candidates must be tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps for data entry and uploads. 💰 Salary: ₹18,000 (Take-home) + ₹200/day fuel + up to ₹3,000 incentives 📍 Location: Bangalore (Local candidates preferred) 🛵 Requirement: Candidate must have a bike and valid driving license 🗣 Languages: Marathi (mandatory), Hindi & English 💼 Preference: Candidates having sales or fieldwork experience will be given priority
