Job Title: Digital Sales Consultant – Inside Sales (E-commerce) Department: Sales Location: Meerut Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Consultant to join our Inside Sales, E-commerce team. This role involves direct interaction with potential clients (primarily online sellers) to promote E-commerce solutions and services, understand their business needs and convert them into active clients through consultative sales techniques Key Responsibilities: ● Engage with E-commerce sellers and businesses via calls, emails and virtual meetings to understand their digital needs and offer tailored solutions. ● Promote E-commerce platform services and subscription based solutions. ● Educate clients on the benefits of digital selling and consult them on strategies to scale their online presence. ● Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs related to conversion, lead generation and revenue. ● Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and client updates in the CRM system. ● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding, support and issue resolution. ● Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities and platform updates. ● Participate in training programs and team reviews to consistently enhance sales capabilities.  Key Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. ● 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, preferably in E-commerce & digital marketing, ● Good communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach to sales. ● Strong problem solving ability and client-first attitude. ● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales productivity platforms. ● Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: ● Prior experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar platforms. ● Knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems and seller enablement strategies. ● Ability to handle objections and deliver value driven sales pitches.
