Field Officer

Field Operations: Conduct field visits to monitor trading operations, ensure the quality of goods, and verify the trading process. Liaise with local suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth transactions. Identify potential trading opportunities in the region and report them to the management. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing fluctuations in the trading sector. Gather market intelligence and provide insights on trading conditions, demand, and supply factors. Assist in developing strategies to capitalize on market trends and increase trade volumes. Client & Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, buyers, and other key stakeholders. Act as the point of contact for resolving any issues that may arise during the trading process. Ensure timely delivery of goods and compliance with contract terms and conditions. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all trading activities and transactions are documented properly in compliance with company policies and local regulations. Assist in the preparation of reports related to trading activities, inventory, and sales. Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and documents are in place for field operations. Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods. Monitor and track shipments, resolve any logistical issues, and ensure cost-effective transportation solutions. Oversee stock management at field locations and ensure inventory accuracy. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates and reports on trading activities, challenges, and opportunities to the trading/operations manager. Work closely with the finance team to ensure proper payment and settlement processes are followed. Assist in coordinating and executing business development initiatives in the field. Risk Management: Identify and report any risks related to trading activities, including supply chain disruptions or regulatory changes. Suggest mitigation strategies to minimize trading risks and ensure business continuity.
