Field Officer/Executive

About the job- A Field Executive/Officer will help North Eye in building network across all Tehsils (Sub Registrar Offices) of UP to help in getting Legal Search, obtaining Certified True Copies of documents (CTC), conducting Registered Mortgage (RM) and Sale Deed. Field Executive has to visit each Tehsil/SRO to create a network of at least 3 associates at each Tehsil/SRO. The job role includes visiting SROs, data collection, building network, acting as the company's representative in the field, requiring strong communication, problem-solving skills. Duties including site visits, client interaction, reporting, and managing logistics to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Client/Customer Interaction

  : Building relationships, providing support to company in getting Legal Search, obtaining Certified True Copies of documents (CTC), conducting Registered Mortgage (RM) and Sale Deed and ensuring satisfaction to cleints

• Networking-

  Building network across all Tehsils of UP, closing negotiations, agreeing on fixed fee for services given by associates and expanding associate base.

• Data & Reporting

  : Building associates, collecting data, documenting activities, and maintaining accurate records for management.

• Operations & Logistics

  : Managing deliveries, executing tasks at different locations, coordinating with back-office teams, and handling administrative duties.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Any Graduates with Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Flexibility and willingness to travel.
• Relevant experience in sales, operations, or customer service.

Preferred-

• Candidates with prior experience in sales & marketing
• Having own conveyance
• Stationed at district head quarters
