Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Patna for the role of State Head Legal. The State Head Legal will oversee legal operations, ensure legal TAT on legal reports, prepare legal reports, handles legal team, The role requires managing a team, coordinating with various Banks//NBFC//FIs, and HFCs

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mortgage Laws and Legal Issues
• Strong skills in Legal Compliance and Legal Consulting
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage a team
• Experience in corporate law, real estate transactions, and dispute resolution
• Experience of any Law Firm dealing in legal reports for Banks//HFCs//FIs//NBFC or in-house counsel for similar role to be preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar legal role is a plus
